INOVA will be hosting baseline testing sessions all day (8am-4pm) next Saturday in Falls Church on Saturday, September 16, 2017. There will also be free in-person concussion education and live Q&A with one of INOVA's concussion providers at 10am, 12p and 2 p.

CSC's Concussion Awareness, Prevention, and Management Policy requires players and parents to be up-to-date on concussion awareness and prevention, and return-to-play procedures. All players are required to register and comply with CSC's Concussion Program.
The following items are required prior to you child participating with CSC:
- Players and parents are required to register and view INOVA's online concussion education video: Click Here
- Parents and players are required to acknowledge they have read and understand CSC's Return to Participation (RTP) policy.
It is highly recommended (encouraged but not required) that players ages 10 & older undergo baseline testing prior to playing in practices and games. The cost for baseline testing is $30/player. More information and registration: Click Here
Every CSC soccer coach is required to have concussion awareness and management training to identify and prevent concussions as well as what steps are necessary for athletes to return-to-play after concussion. The Chantilly Soccer Club requires all head coaches and assistant coaches participate in INOVA's Concussion Awareness and Education Program for coaches.
